Fake? No, it is Europe..check out the Euro plates. The guy in the minivan rubber necked to the car on the side of the road and realized at the last second that the bike slowed down in front of him. He tried to make a quick lane change to avoid hitting the biker and clipped the rear end of the bike. That is indeed what happened and it happens all the time.
