hi all,newb here ajusting sag.i searched threw the sight here and read some good suspension stuff and links how to adjust and came up with the sport rider how to adjust and there was another.both say roughly 30mm-35mm in the front and rear between 25-30,thats a whole ruler length.is there that much travel on our bikes?thanx for the help.

You have about 4-1/2 - 5" of travel in the suspension. The measurements quoted above are for the amount of rider sag that you want for a properly tuned preload. But remember that your numbers may be a little different depending on your preference.
