You and I have been over this before. There is an ordinance written that states your plate must be clearly visible and readable from a distance of 30 feet. The plate must also be illuminated, so that it is readable regardless of the lighting conditions.
This plate is not readable for 2 reasons:
1. It's placed vertically instead of horizontally. This reason alone is enough to make it illegal. A plate that is placed vertically is NOT considered readable.
2. It's bent at a concave angle, making the letting difficult to distinguish.
This is the last time I'm going to argue with you on this matter.
