I'm working for a real estate company and I was sent to Germany 2 years ago. We had to go to business trips two times in a year but it was the fourth time I was going in this year.. Well, I had to accept since one of my co-workers was pregnant and the other one had a terrible flu. But the problem is I was sent to out of my region. I work on the US and the UK portfolio, I don't speak any German or I don't know anything about Germany but I was sent to find a real estate in Germany anyway. When I couldn't find anything and returned back before the deadline my boss gave me a very nasty feedback. I could tell you what I did with the feedback but I think it's against the forum rules lol.
