The Low Down
Here is how a stunt rider rebuilds a crashed 2005 600rr for a good friend.
Bike : 2005 cbr 600rr Black Tribal

1: Emissions Purge Valve
2: Oil Pan
3: Left Clip-on
4: All fairings Rashed/Cracked
5: Missing Left Mid
6: Radaitor Hose(s)
7: Rear Wheel
8: Left/Right Rear sets
9: Bent Subframe
10: Rashed Harness
11: 3 Broken/Missing Relays
12: Blown fan fuse

Looking good! I am doing the same thing to an 05 right now also. A little worse shape though, wish I had all of my parts already, most of them are on their way though. Its alot of work but I think its worth it. Anyway, show us the finished product when you get her done.

insted of buying new fairings i zip stitched every crack with small yellow zip ties, no joke.

i didn't have any black ones :( just green, yellow and red and like 10 black ones. and since it took over 200 and i had about 200 yellow ones laying arround.

That's a lot of zip stiching. Looks good for the price and definitely a decent price for stunting.

hahaha, just like this:


I did all my track fairings like that too, but used minimal zip ties...
great job on the bike.

thanks guys, its a daily driver with future in lots of black powder coating and new plastics painted nicely. she wont be givin to the stunt gods.
