Awesome, the sprockets are purple and the goose neck is candy apple red. A few more colours there and he's got a rainbow. :Supergay:

And dude, I figured you'd find out about this thread, if I was trying to be sly I wouldn't have posted this on a major public board. Thanks for the laughs dude, you don't warrant that much of my attention though.

Since someone has bid, I'll just come here and lay it out for you.

1. Please, come on out to the SF Bay Area and sign up for a Zoom Zoom
trackday. I'll be more than happy to meet you at any day Zoom Zoom
hosts and show you what a fast line around the track looks like. I'll be
running AFM later this year in open twins on a two-valve Ducati in case
any of you are local and feeling brave enough for some real racing.
My Ducatis are not trailer queens or display models. I ride the holy
hell out of them.

2. Typical Ducati owners piss me off. The first five or so e-mails I got
after listing the sprockets were from legitimate Ducati owners who simply
have no clue about the bike they ride. This pisses me off to no end.
I wrench on my own bikes, I research replacements for my wear-item
parts without someone holding my hand, I install them myself. Why
some rich idiot with too much money and not enough braincells can't be
bothered to use google to do some research instead of firing off inane
e-mails drives me nuts. If they're too dumb to know what fits on their
bike, they should just let their overpriced mechanic handle ordering
replacement parts. And don't think this is a Ducati-centric mentality.
The guy at the dealership last week with the 954RR paying for an hour
of shop time to have his chain lubricated and adjusted is a good example.

3. Yeah, I ride BMX bikes... what's your point? At least I'm in good
physical condition. I'll lay dollars to donuts 1/2 you armchar quarterbacks
would get winded tying your shoes to pedal a beach cruiser let alone huff
out 5 miles of trails on a BMX bike.

3a. As for the colors of the anodized parts... Have you guys seen the
helmets you're strapping on your heads lately? If the paintschemes
were any more lurid and flashy you'd singe your eyebrows off. And
you'd better find a mirror and check out the colors on that flashy
jacket and boot selection, Liberace.

So please, come out and play...

Matt: I feel your pain. Don't let these hoochie mamas here upset you. BTW, I actually just bought my first freestyle BMX bike a couple months back. I'm having lots of fun on bikeguide.org. Sure it's no RC51 but it's pretty fun around the city here. Oh, and that's nice Ducati you have there my friend.

Told you guys to leave him alone
