Well from what I know the PP's will be the most triangled or taller profile tire. The Q's are a mix of the 208 rear profile with a race profile on the front which is a slightly taller profile then the standard Dunlops. Metzlers I have no experience with.
So with that, the Dunlops will give you a progessive linear turn-in for the corners while the PP's will tend to "fall" in much faster because of the taller profile.
