well , I was in St. Pete today waiting on a light. Light was red, I waited to cross the street when some idiot comes flying towards from the right/street I waited to cross. He was on Hayabusa, helmet on and t-shirt, no other protection. SOB could barely wait for traffic to cross. Anyway after last car/maybe 6 or 7 he was right next to the last car and there goes a wheelie.
well he changed into second wheeling and bike start to lean to the right more and more, now this street narrow's down about 150 feet and it becomes one lane only. so he is flying and leaning fast, second gear on a busa, drops down and almost hits the curb. now he is really trying to pull himself to the left hard, and all these cars are right there, I thought he was gonna crash hard. somehow he got it after about good 40 feet trying to go straight and finally he is OK. do we really need to be showing off so bad, I would think he was going probably 50 mph, that could've killed him easily.

I was on my 09' at the time. I would never think somebody could even try something like that on a small street. And yes I m glad he is OK, couple of deaths recently is enough.

I think I know which street youre talking about. A lot of bikers who ride in St. Pete are crazy ass mofos... not to disrespect you in any fashion, but there are a lot who ride outside of their limits PLUS some.

Offtopic a bit: I knew like two of the people who recently passed. Sucks a lot. There was also a fundraiser for a rider who passed away by crossing the street in a crosswalk yesterday, did you happen to hear of it? They had a pig roast and such in Mango by the casino at the Tiki Hut. Just curious.

I was on 62nd ave and 34th st crossing, nothing huge there.
No I didn't hear about somebody killed on a crosswalk.
yes it sucks a lot, last night cops were allover anderson rd here in tampa because of bikers. looked like street racing to me, luckily for me they didn't stop me thinking I am one of them. Happened around 1:30 in the morning.

Ah. No I don't know where that's at. But there's the street that's 2 lanes then turns into one to merge onto the bridge. I'm not familiar with down there too much. I'm up here in Tampa. Are you on tsb?

Fu&king dude. Why would you make the Busa image worsen? It's already worse.

You want me to be stopped by a police some more? LOL.

Wheelie on a Busa is a piece of cake (it's got so much torque) but not highly recommended unless you like to work on forks.
