Has anyone had any experiance with this brand of tire?? The company is new and is selling sets of tires for around $150!! The tread pattern is virtually the same as the diablo. What they do is buy old carcuses and put new tread on them. I guess this sort of technology is used a lot for airplane tires. Anyone have any thoughts or knowledge of this new company??

Welcome to the forum flex5103!

Keep in mind that airplanes have multiple tires so if one fails they can still take off and land. I'd spend the other $100 and get some good quality tires from a proven manufacturer just for the piece of mind.

re treads are common place in cars as well, not as much as they used to be, but still common. anyone remember firestone? haha those were retreads that didn't take too well. something wrong with the manufacturing process on those.

i would also say go for some good proven tires. piece of mind.

Ive had them on my bike for about 5-600 miles and I cant seem to find a negative to them (other than taking more weights to balance) They seem to handle as well as my old metzler m1s and traction during slow wheelies is just as good also.

There arent many really curvy roads in MI so I dont do a lot of hard leaning so for me just messing around most of the time they're perfect.

Friend just brought tomahawks.....back tire is fine, but he got the front tire put on and after riding over biketoberfest the front tire's bead broke!! Had to buy a brand new pilot power from honda. Tomahawk is refunding him the money but the lesson learned is dont buy RETREADED tires!!

DOn't bother wasting your money on that, if anything buy some of the lower tires in the manufactuerer's range, they are harder but still offer plenty of grip and tread life. Also a lot safer I imagine than a retread. Take in to account that these tires are supposed to withstand at least extended usage at 120+ mph speeds. Something I don't think a retread is up to.
