Hey Everyone,

I thought it was about time that I send a shot out to Tripage LED. I've only purchased a few items from them but they are very helpful.

Last night I was doing a little bit of wiring and had a question so I shot them an email thinking I would get a reply maybe today. Well, I had a reply in just a few minutes. Then we exchanged a few emails regarding my questions....the point is this was about 8:30 EST and I fully understand "working hours" but Tripage didn't wait for "working hours" they helped me right then and there.

That's some A+ customer service.

Yes lilbuddy16 you are perfectly right!
we exchanged some messages in a thread and then just concluded (shipping address and total) via private messages.

He sent goods to Italy with really acceptable shipping cost and all the goods were perfect! He always replies to your messages even if you are just saying "goods arrived" saying just "thanks" and this is really appreciated by customers.

Great support! For sure if I have to buy something that he sells, he will be my choice!

Customer service is top notch. Ive purchased an led hugger and fender eliminator, it, and led pegs plus various pc such as rearsets, subframe, passenger pegs, and gas cap. Due to my purchased the lights flash fast so I just asked him about a relay. I messaged him earlier tonight and got a reply a few minutes ago. It's 10:10 central time right now so 11:10 eastern time. I, like you, was expecting a reply tomorrow but I was proven wrong. If that isn't great customer service then I don't know what is. Thanks again and keep up the good work! :+1:
