To make a long story short here it goes:

I was riding and saw a bike come up in my mirrors. He did a few lane changes, to get to where I was. Pulls up next to me and I'm glance over to look at his bike first thing that comes to mind...WTF does he have a Moped engine w/ exhaust in that, it sounds like crap...look to see his exhaust - this guy has a HOTBODIES LED UNDERTAIL EXHAUST system.

Not to mention...orange with Tribal - it's been repainted because it's not the bright 'saftey' orange its more dull and, looks like crap.

Saw him another day when I was driving my car - he passed on coming towards me...and that exhaust simply sounds like complete crap.

yes, I know there are threads on this but I just wanted to note to all those newbies - this exhaust is a waste of money and simply GARBAGE.


Alright I'm done venting! *kicks foot at the Hotbodies undertail exhaust!*

The exhaust is crap. I've heard one and it sounds very tinny almost like the vibrations of the cheap metal vibrating is louder than the engine sound.

There is a guy that goes to my gym and rides a new'ish GSX1000R with the Hotbodies exhaust... His sounds and looks pretty damn sick. But different bike and motor, so Ill take your word for it.

As for the exhaust..I wouldn't buy it myself..Too pricey and my guess is that they sacrificed performance for looks..And that doesn't fly in my book..Unless its cheap then that's a different bag of chips...

I will be running a 12 bar as soon as i can buy one.. off work due to looping..it was very pricey..and as performance wise it supposedly gives more top end. which i havnt really proven, but there has been a few occasions when i start to pull away from my buddys on the stock RR's...

Maybe because they are not pulling as hard (Like shifting Early)...I doubt that two RR's same everything one with a Akra and another with a Hot Bodies, that the one with a Hot Bodies will perform better. I am walking out to the flag pole and I am raising the B.S. Flag HIGH!!!

Termignoni does not get as great of power gains for the price compared to Arata, Akra, Arrow, Hamaguchi, and SATO. It is just a name when it comes to Japense Applications, but for the Euro's...TOP NOTCH!

let's just say the first thing i did was get rid of the hotbodies exhaust and put on a regular fender eliminator....


i was riding around with it, tinny, high pitched, made my ears ring even with earplugs in...
