Can you take a picture from further back, so we can see more than just the bolt and greasy area?
I'm thinking that is coolant, and its coming from the coolant drain bolt or the water pump itself.

lube the knuckle joints of the shift linkage and any moving parts on the rearset that has anything to do with the shift linkage.

Are you running OEM rearset or aftermarket?

Often Aftermarket doesn't have a closed bearing and need regular lubing on the moving parts otherwise that may not move as freely as it should be.
