they are the foot pegs more or less. they can be adjusted to change your foot posisition, eg. pegs could be higher so you're tucked in more, or lower if you have really long legs. They look bad ass too, and i think they might even be less weight than factory, but not by much. I'd only invest in them if you have a problem with your set right now and if you plan on running the track. The factory pegs should be sufficient.
