9k miles is quite a bit on the engine. but i think you can easily get $6000-6500.

Shoot, I thought that was low, but now that I looked it up, yeah, probably about $6200+, no more than $6500 (since it's been dropped, but you do have PPs on there and the cowl), but because you have so many miles on such a young bike, it'd go down in price.

sooperman12, none of those parts matter. PP or cowl. In Wisconsin, something like that would go to a smart shopper for about 5500 there or there abouts.

no, i agree. he's probably looking at $6200 as his best offer, and might be lower depending on his location. kbb for the same bike in the DC area is $6800. but since he has so many miles and it's been dropped, probably around 6K thereabouts. wisc might be even cheaper due to weather and locale.

I don't knwo what kind of damage the fall did, but you would probably come out better by replacing whatever was damaged (assuming it wasnt like mids upper and tail or something really expensive) Engine covers are under 100 brand new from Ron Ayers. Just a thought.
