Hey guys,

I'm new to riding and new to this forum and was wondering about gear. Currently I have a GMax 65S Helmet, Icon Hooligan jacket and pants, and need some gloves. What would you guys recommend? I've been going through the forums and see that you guys are all very helpful, so hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

What is your budget? Are you looking for full race gloves (w/ gauntlet)? Any particular colors you're likely to want/don't want? Need just a bit more info from you.

There are a lot of different choices with helmets; what are you looking for in your helmet? Price plays a huge roll.

I already have a helmet, its actually the Gmax 68S Rebel. In your guys' experience, is that a good helmet? As far as gloves are concerned I just want good protection. Don't want to spend any more than 100 bucks. Good protection, good ventilation. Not sure what gauntlets are, haha, like I said I'm a noob.

Also I'm sticking with all black gear because I want to make sure that when/if I upgrade to a different bike it'll all still match.
