I have a 2005 600RR. My new apartment doesn't have a garage and I won't want leave it outside at the parking lot. So I decide to sell it.

What will be a reasonable price for it? It has only 650 miles and is in perfect condition. I had the Scorpio alarm installed. How much is that worth now?

I only ride it to work few days a week, and it's not 3 miles from my home. I never ride for more than half an hour in a single day.

I really wish I could keep it. But also I don't want it be stolen.

there are no garages around you can rent from? i live in an apt as well and the garage downstairs is small as heck and would not accept a motorcycle. i found another one close by that allowed me to rent a space. When i was looking there were also people renting out their personal garages for bikes in the neighborhood.
