this has been bothering me because i think i am doing it wrong.

when your hanging off the side where do you put your weight? i have herd people say they are pushing against the out side of the tank with their leg, but my thigh has a small contact patch with the side and more with corner where the tank curves to the rear of the bike

so a little weight is on my thigh and most is on the inside peg, very little on the bars. this makes my knee hurt after a little so i am wondering am i doing this wrong or is this the right way.

thanks

i put weight on the peg, hang off and support myself with the outside leg also....

almost no weight on the bars. I only put weight on them for steering input.

I also sometimes prop my outside arm to support on the tank. I'm the guy in the back.

i weight the outside peg a lot, as well as my thigh on the tank, but im pretty tall so its easier for me to do that.

heavy on the pegs, light on the bars.
it keeps u from getting tired as quick.
if u are new to riding it will take some seat time to get used to supporting your weight on the bike, if you do it right, it should feel natural.
