Hi guys ,

Need some help please.
I'm trying to set the voltage to within the factory spec range using a multimeter. However I don't know which two wires to connect to positive and negative .

I've got a spare TPS OEM wire which I will connect to the harness as seen below to test

Yellow Red seems to run to Vcc on the ECM
From the diagram of the TP (Potentiometer) you can see which legs sit where.

you have to have the TPS powered to set the voltage, you can't just plug what you've pictured onto it and start measuring for voltage on the wires.

it'll be grey/black and blue/yellow that you're checking for voltage on.

Thank you Mate. Yes I will connect this wire to the wire on the harness and plug in the TPS. Just to clarify the grey and black is the negative and the blue and yellow the positive?

Thanks mate. I'm poor when it comes to reading these wiring charts. . Let me have a look though.
