you have to have the TPS powered to set the voltage, you can't just plug what you've pictured onto it and start measuring for voltage on the wires.

it'll be grey/black and blue/yellow that you're checking for voltage on.

you'll know when you put your meter on it. if it reads negative just flip the leads.
