Do slip on exhausts come with the midpipe assembly or just the pipe that connects at the very tip? I have a CBR600rr 2004, I have a cut custom exhaust, however it seems to be like glued or something to the midpipe.

So do slip ons come with the midpipe aswell?

EDIT: I think the midpipe i'm referring to is also clalled the muffler?

Oh idk if you're asking if you want to get a new slip on and have questions regarding or your existing one. As for your existing one the glue part that if it looks like rubberish then that's the gasket, if it's metal looking it's the metal welding. Sounds like a dodgy job when you described that glue part so you should buy a new slip on... A proper one :)

Yeah haha, mine is basically straight pipe lol, the previous owner had it like that, I don't mind it, I just would like to know the process of how a slip on exhaust comes, I'll take a picture when i get the chance.
