my gf just got me tourist trophy. i suck so bad at the game. i sucked at gran tourismo what made me think i wouldn't suck at this game!!

I love Tourist Trophy, completed the game 100% about a month ago. My impressions:

1) A tough game to learn, intially at least
2) Lame graphics in play mode
3) Awesome replays
4) Hate the fact that there aren't any MotoGP bikes in the game, I am sure this is a licensing issue
5) No more than 4 bikes on the track
6) Wish there were more world class courses, most of the tracks are right off of Gran Turismo


I played MotoGP on Xbox 360 and fell in love. I am holding out and hoping prices go down on the Xbox 360 so I can pick one up.

yeah im talking about the 360 version, sorry. And yeah TT has some goodness, but the graphics are terrible and i love how many bikes are on the track in GP '06. PS2 hardware could never make that happen. PS3 comes out soon, however.

TT > motogp...I'm on PS2, though. TT is more realistic...eventhough I wish TT had highsides. I like bumping the CP on motogp and watch them highside, lol. Take that, Rossi!

to each his own. Motogp looks good but i find its not rewarding enough. Also, i'd much rather ride on bikes I can purchase than the motogp bikes. TT was more of a game experiment than a full on game and I think it did and sold well so maybe they'll come out with another one that is better for the PS3. We'll see.
