Actually there is an advantage to running the 05 shock. The preload adjustment has a greater range (1-10 vs 1-7) which allows for a more precise setting to match the riders weight or preference. I have an 05 shock that I'm looking to swap with mine and everything I can see tells me they will swap.ryoung57 said:Should fit, the penske I bought was on an 05 and it fits fine.
