Winter Makeover about done! Now with Pics!!

I'm about to have all the parts i need to start my makeover on my 04 600RR. It should turn out really good. I'll keep everyone posted. I am swapping the tail to an 06 tail and the upper fairing to an 06 and shaving the front turn signal and installing a set in the headlights, converting the front end to an 06, lightwieght wheels, power commander, everything that isn't satin black will be powdercoated to said color, plastics will all be painted either a black with charcoal metal flake or dupont super black, might do the 50/50 colored tomahawk tires, will build a undertail to smooth out the ass end, possibly different gearing, new seat covers, and will be building custom pipe that will exit by the the right foot at the lower fairing with a silencer built into it. Don't worry about mapping, my brother runs a dyno and does a hell of job mapping metric bikes, so we'll do one for this. Feel free to post opinions or suggestions. I'll keep you all posted on the progress of the "Black Bitch".

You're going to install turn signals INTO the headlight? Is that going to be visible enough for other people to see? I don't think you'd be able to see any LED's very well while staring at a headlight, just my .02 though. Other than that sounds awesome bro, keep us updated with progress pics.

What I am trying to say is that if you like those tires GO FOR IT. Be different just let us know the pros and cons of any mods you do especially the tires.

So the tires are probably out, we'll see when it comes together. All the parts will be here next week with the exception of the upper triple clamp and my header, they will all be ready to put on soon. By the way all of the parts being replaced will be for sale. I hope you have a new subframe for the tail. And what is this "lightweight" wheel you speak of?

You know i got the new subframe. For wheels i'm leaning towards black marchesini for wheels. First steps will be putting the 06 parts on the bike which will only put the bike down for the day. Then the undertail and exhaust will be next. Then powdercoat and painting the plastics.
