The trackday organizer should have a tire vender at the track. I know stt has michelin tires at there trackdays so if the tires dont come in you could buy some at the track and use the other ones later(your going to need some more tires eventually if you plan on doing trackdays) if you have the cash. but if you have to use the street tires, do what the others said and warm them up good. Street tires have alot more grip than you think, they just take longer to warm up and they dont give you as much warning as race tires before they let go. If you could post a pic of the tires it would help to see how worn they are, but the techs are usually lenient with tread percentage on tires.
