2003 - 2004 CBR600RR fork rebuild - VIDEO!!!

2004 CBR600RR (daily rider, to be raced)
2006 CRF450R
1973 CG150 (off road, future restoration project)
1971 CB100 (being restored)
2006 BWS50 Zuma

Excellent video, great trick with the ziploc bag. I'll keep this video around for reference when I do my forks this month.

You made it look so easy. I couldn't get my damn seal in with my home made PVC fork seal driver. Great video!

Hey, i know its been a while since this thread was started but im wondering if you or anyone else can do a review of AllBalls seals and bushings?

Also for OP, it looks like he used NEW bushings, did you use All balls bushing in that video? And how good did the seals lasted you?

If anyone have some review of ALLBALLS seas, bushings, bearings and can throw me a link i would very much appreciate that!
