no you don't, you just need to use short tools and you can get it off with out taking the uppers off

ok so i searched and look and dont wanna sound like a idiot but how do i remove my barends and also what glue should i use for the grips or does it come with the new grips( i order d3) also for cf covers what should i use to attached them to the stator and clutch like actaully brand and all so i can order it. thanks so much

Great thread, i was thinking of one of these a while ago, but never said anything.

Hopefully this reduces the amount of repetitive threads asking the same questions. We should have a beat the dead horse thread where all the common questions are discussed such as powercommander, hid's, projectors, ect.

You don't need to glue grips on. just spray windex to slide them on and then let them dry overnight so the windex evaporates, they grip on their own. You unscrew the barends they pull out.

Mick or rsp is who you wanna go through for cf.
