thanks for confirming this r3ds2k...
i dont know bout the other links and special pricings but from all the links i seen. DDMtuning got the cheapest prices for the SLIM HID Kits. thats not a special, its a sale and everyone can get it at that prices. still dont know why people are paying 110,130 shipped when i can almost get two sets (4 hid ) from dmmtuning for what they got on just a pair

it does come with a plastic cup when i got mine from ddmtuning.

whats the xclip?

Used the write-up to install mine today. Unfortunately I had to mount the ballasts on top of one another. Is it OK to do that?

just heard if you order from DDMTUNING you get this so call "x clip" free with every H7 hid kit purchase at a nice sale price of 59.99 compare to others that cost almost twice the price without the "x clip" (not bashing other companies)

It's mounted on my 08 1KRR...There was no room on the fairings or frame so it is mounted inside the front cowl just below the cluster.

well, like i said, i ordered from http://www.ddmlights.com/ on the 18th, but have yet to receive any information about my order being processed.
on top of their order status page it says

"PLEASE READ! Please do not email for Order Status. Orders are filled from oldest to newest. You will receive an email with your invoice with tracking attached once your order ships from our warehouse. Thank you!"

Nevertheless I just emailed them asking how long the processing time is. i like most others do care about the time it takes for their order to be shipped.

I guess they are on backorder since they just reduced their prices. I'll keep you guys updated.

My ddmtuning hid fogged up my headlight everytime I turned it off from a ride. Maybe it's too hot.

It’s probably not that noticeable, the 5K kit is still very bright.

I'm in a similar position. I ordered on the 16th and Xenon Expert confirmed that they would be available before the 2nd December. My problem is that my girlfriend returns to the UK on the 3rd December and if the headlights dont arrive before then I wont be able to collect my order to bring back to the UK.

To be honest I am very dissappointed with the service. When a vendor indicates that they have no problem with meeting a date you get the impression that they have the item in stock which obviously isnt the case. In addition to this email communication with the sales team is not great and I have found it very difficult to get a clear idea of what is going to happen with my order and why there was a delay.

Unless there is a miracle then I think I will have to cancel.

Not to be mean but if you read all the other pages everyone has got their orders yeah they may not be the fastest shippers but they will send it out when they have it and as for knightrider UK don’t cancel your order just have them ship it some place else just be patient you will get your order

I hear what you are saying, but they promised that the order would be met and it hasn't. In addition they have been really bad at communicating. I have emailed them 4 times since last Tuesday and have yet to get any response.

With regard to getting it shipped to the UK. I would but that would cost me an extra $75 in import tax and courier handling fees.

Overall, yes it may be a good product but customer service sucks.

Just got mine installed yesterday.

These are amazing. The "instructions" they come with are just silly, making this thread, your writeup, absolutely crucial to the install.

Thanks a lot!!!

Obviously I will try that, but negotiating with a company that refuses to open communication with you is more than impossible.
