Is the subframe the part that holds the tail?

I am new at the frame stuff guys, sorry about that, I believe I can straight up the one I got, but I am not sure how much do they go for, the one I need is the aluminun piece that hold the entire tail. It is bolt to the black main frame I guess, the one it hold the engine.

Please let me know if that is what you referring to, and how much does it go for.
