You wont believe what happened here in OHIO!!!

I can't believe what just happened. I was following this through the court system that shows on television here.

What S.C.O.D.A these old fu$*ers had this day!!! ( Severe Case Of Dumb Ass ). I can only imagine what else this will lead to.

thats nothing i got a ticket in nj in 2003 and thats exactly what the officer said in court.. the judge took his word for it and said the officer is considered a trained eye at judging speed so there was no winning on my end.

i was young and i was floored it was so absurd i didnt even bring a lawyer with me thinking such a claim would get thrown out but oh well

you live and you learn.

Unbelievable, that guy going 60kmh over the limit and popping a wheelie will get shot or shot at by a unmarked off duty cop pretty soon or for his sake maybe he will just catch a beating from an on duty cop lmao. I guess its just karma.

you speed = you pay the consequences no crying allowed and complaining.
you a cop in OH = good for you, you no longer have to have the radar gun on the front window or standing out the car just guess what speed people are doing or educated guesses.

We all know wether you are a cop or not, cop supporter or not this will get abused. There are those cops that will not abuse it but you know theres a bunch of bad apples.

but how could they put a number on it....(IE. 60 in a 35mph zone) its impossible for the human eye to see a car and be like, "he was going 43 miles an hour"

It's not even close to impossible... Some cops are actually quite capable of accurately gauging speeds (within a few mph) in controlled conditions by sight (and a few tricks).

But to say they are as reliable/accurate as a radar or similar device all the time is a big stretch.

+1

Been this way here in Florida for as long as I can remember.. Visual estimation speed is just as valid a ticket as being paced or picked up via RADAR, etc.

Don't speed, and you wont have a problem.

It has been like that here in Colorado too. The cop that I know since I was in trouble for the first time in my life, which was when I was 15 (fall of 2005). He can visually estimate the speed very well even though he had radar detector on another speeder.

That is what I do too, I don't speed and I have no problems with the law enforcement for three years.

It works like magic hahaha but yeah isn't the posted speed limit fast enough already? If I wanted to go fast, I would go to this highway by my house which the speed limit is 75 mph. Isn't this good enough?

Also, I wanna go track and push it to the limits! I went electric go kart (can reach up to 50 miles per hour!) riding yesterday and I got third place. The first championship for go-kart is this coming Sunday! I love tracks and I wanna try on my bike! This is the best place to go whatever speed you want. Have you been to the track, syn-ack?

I haven't with my bike.. My car however has been to the track, many times.. When I need a speed fix, I just bring the car out..
