The 4th Amendment

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. The amendment specifically also requires search and arrest warrants be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it.

So how strong is our Bill of Rights?

Watch and find out.........

You know... It really doesn't surprise me.

Police have ways of getting around anything with just BS.

Something I have noticed getting removed from vehicles, see if you notice this.

Police cars used to say "Serve and Protect" See if any of the new cars say this anymore.

Stand up for your rights guys or they are going to take them all away from us..

They still work for us, Police and government officials, I for one don't need them, I rely on my own to settle things they would have to. I wouldn't mind if we reseeded from the govt and ran our own states and gov't offices on a smaller scale. You can see the money coming in and see what is being done with it. No more I will do this for you if you do this for me. Let's get back to the basics.

ya know when I think I've seen it all, something like this pops up and proves me wrong. It's like the law doesn't apply to these fools and the sad part is most of them get away with it. Really, what measures are there to make sure these PUBLIC SERVANTS don't lie and overstep their boundaries?

I don't recall it ever being THIS bad before

Buy guns...lots of them...

We need to start fighting back peacefully. But if that doesn't happen, never let them take a god damn one of your guns.

I rather die on my feet than leave on my knees.
