off. the white of the 'cbr' seems to throw off the entire color scheme of the bike.

On my dirt bike or street bike I've never been partial to decals.

Hard to tell, too distracted by the off color tail and belly.

Yeah I agree, definatley the worst colour scheme Honda has produced for the 600rr. Maybeif you don't have the dough to do a whole respray, maybe paint the lowers blue and the tail red to match it up. That silver stands out like a sore thumb. Decal off for sure too.

Okay thanks fellas ... the decals going! As for the colour scheme and repainting well i got the bike for a good price with very low miles and at first i thought it was a bit off... that being said it has grown on me and now i don't mind it at all.. was thinking of getting a fairing kit but from all the reviews i've read here i don't have confidence in any of the fairing companies and their products... anyways thanks again... Decal off....I like the wings on this 05/06.....I have a silver 05 so the lower and rear is exactly my bike!...those wings with the different colors combine to make it look like all the models of the era combined in a way...it's different, and I kinda like it...better than another red cbr!!

Thanks flycbr glad you like it! Was starting to get paranoid bout the colours! I wish it was all silver but beggars can't be choosers! Your scheme looks awesome! I really like the tri colour bikes especially the red white and blue 04 1000rr... when i'm confident enough riding thats what i'll be chasing..

Easyb choice- just cheat and add a "1000RR" decal to it and no one will know (normal people, at least). Tell the chicks you're a famous road racer from Australia....

I'm not the biggest fan of that paint scheme myself, but it's definitely not worse than either of these:

I say off with the CBR sticker too though...but your bike isn't that ugly.

Those schemes make me glad I have a relic from the days when Honda gave you decent looks to go with their awesome bikes.

I would only buy a bike with one of those schemes if I was getting it cheap enough to immediately change the fairings. If I'm going to have a woman draped over my bike, she had god damn better be a real one; rather than a vinyl transfer!

Having said that about those two "graffiti" style schemes, for some reason, I do like the '08 matte graffiti

Ok... so i decided they are coming off... but when i went to do it.. the sticker is super hard to remove... just picking bits of millimetre by millimetre. Any ideas on a solvent which isnt to potent that will help remove?.... it's on top of one of the vinyl wings so don't want it to penetrate through.... sorry such a simple task but trust me to fudge it up!

okay news flash... got them off.... errr just gotta clean off the sticker goo...

Take a Hair dryer on high and warm it up, It will peel off nice and easy in one piece. Dont cook it on though, it will make it harder to get off. Just heat it up a bit.

And keep your bike the same. Sure the scheme is different but its far better then being the same as every damn cbr on the road.
