engine cutting out on track - need troubleshooing advice

Hi everyone. 2013 cbr600rr on the track I have very intermittent issue with engine cutting.
Happens about 3 times per track day at around 14,700rpm engine cuts off for about 0.1 seconds. Completely dies, and instantly goes back on. Obviously it's a bit scary because my front end gets loaded up instantly, and then a slight slip of the rear/clutch when engine kicks back on.

Another possibly related issue, every time I turn on the bike, and rev past 2000rpm for the first time only, I have the same hesitation engine cut. After that, I can free rev from idle no problem.
if I turn off bike, and turn it back on - again, once I rev up in the pits at around 2000rpm, engine cuts for 0.1 seconds and comes back on. It does that every time without fail.

Any idea of what I should troubleshoot? Crank position sensor? Rectifier? I already tried a new battery.

Thanks

No codes available for me from ecu because I don't have dash (using 2D dash)

it's HRC ECU, so no dash output possible.
already unplugged quickshifter and didn't solve problem.
Thanks for brainstorming with me guys!

Have you got enough fuel? I bang my head against the same issue for 2 seasons on the part of track. Turns out on uphill, with less than 5l of petrol there’s not enough fuel level for the pump and it cuts out.
