winter storage in cold garage?

This might be a goofy thread, but every winter, I've always rode my bike to my parents and kept it inside their house. In a few months i'm going to be renting a garage here at my apartment complex and will more than likely keep my bike in there. Is it being in a garage bad for the bike? I always put Stabil in my bike before leaving it for the winter and i put it up on stands. I also have aftermarket fairings which are more brittle than oem so i'd hate for them to crack or anything. Any advice from people who've kept their bike during sub degree weather in a small garage with a non insulated garage sounding by all walls made of concrete.

It's a motorcycle not a dog. Fill the tank full, pull the battery, make sure your coolant is good to the temps it will see, and leave it.

It's not going to die from being cold.

The only things I might add are:

Some people pull the plugs and spary a light oil onto the insides of the cylinders to stop moisture gathering and rusting.
Fuel stabiliser is good but ensure you fill your tank to the brim to stop condensation being allowed to develop and rust the inside of the tank.
Plug your exhaust and intake with a rag or bung so no mice etc can crawl into it as unlikely as it sounds.

I used to store mine in my dad's unheated garage during the winter. Beforehand I took it to the shop to have the cylinders fogged, and I put stabil in a full tank of gas and disconnected the battery. Two winters in northern Indiana doing this and it started up just fine come spring. I live in the south now, and I get to ride during the winter months so I don't have to do this anymore ;)

I just leave mine outside through the winter. Occasionally go out and shovel the snow off. Almost 80k miles and still pulling good (except for my damn clutch!), oh, and my rear shock is dead.

Battery had to be replaced at about 64k miles.
