Losing power at 8000 rpm

Just rode an hours journey on motorway my 05 600rr was running like a dream then as soon as i came off motorway 2 miles out from home at 8000 rpm bike loses power and judders can anyone please give an opinion on whats happening as i am not really mechanically minded all advice is appreciated thanks

Funny enough took her for a test ride few hours after initial problem and seems to be fine now 🤔
