My side exhaust on a 04 RR

I know most won't like this .as the under seat exhaust is a fan favourite. But bar making a better bracket .I like it . Thoughts

I cut the down pipe about 2-3" back form the link pipe part attached. Then used a link pipe from a cbr1000rr 2012 Put a r11 akrapovic . Then it needed power commander .as changing the pipe length.I went for a auto tuner .can get you some more photos if you want to do this . It's lot better than cutting the pipe back all the way . I did do that first .engine did not like it at all

I now have space under the seat for lock tools gloves waterproof jacket
