How do I get air bubbles out of the coolant?

I just changed the coolant with the Honda stuff and ran it with the cap off let it sit and ran it again with the cap off. And then when I checked the coolant when it was cold it was up to the filler neck so I thought I was done so I put the fairing back on and now the next day I was cruising around my neighborhood and it got up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and it was a hot day it’s 87 but when I started going like 30 mph in low revs the temp only went down to 197. And then when I was turning around going slow it rapidly increase to like 213 in 5 seconds. I believe normal operating temp is around 180 or 170? The help is appreciated

it helps to pinch all the hoses, and do it with the bike on the sidestand so the rad cap is the highest point in the system.
