First trackday - Calabogie Motorsports park

So I did my first trackday @ Calabogie yesterday...what an awesome experience! I am definitely hooked and will be going back ASAP. Amazing track too...very technical.

I think I improved significantly throughout the day, but I know I have alot of work to do on body positioning. It seems what "I" think hanging off the bike is really not hanging off at all! As you can see in some of the pics, I definitely need to be off the bike more. But at least now I know what areas to work on for next time!

Bogie is the shyte!! I want to go back this year but it doesn't seem that will happen because all of the dates that I can ride are booked up.

Awesome! The track is soooo much fun. I've only done 2 TDs and also need to work on the body positioning (and err ... just about everything else) but I can't wait to go back.

Did they repave? I thought the original 5 year old pavement is still on there.

Nice shot! Temptation was HARD...I followed an instructor for a few laps around and we were hitting the lines bang on and it was great! But as soon as I went on my own I completely blew it every time lol
