Question thoughts on Grattan with STT???

im lookin to do my first TD and this is the closest/cheapest track around me (dundee,MI) there normal rate is only 140 for one day and then in october its only 110!! so my question is if anybody has any experience with them, (track or STT) if you could shed some insight it would be greatly appreciated

I'd honestly stay away from anything with STT. Their safety is known to be put in question often, and the stuff that Monte lets out of his fingers/mouth is just insane.

Allow me to quote Monte from another forum.

Karma anyone?
Edit: That is in reference to one of Monte's friends scamming people.

STT is awesome and grattan is a fun track.
Any STT instructor who I've approached has been knowledgable and given me honest advice. They run a very efficient trackday and will adjust schedules accordingly for weather, wrecks, etc to make sure you get the most time spent on the track. I did my first trackday as novice with STT and although the classroom time will seem boring, it's really solid advice and coaching
