1st track day in 4 years

I sold my bike 4 years ago (got in a tight spot,so i had too) but anyway picked up an '03 600rr and had to get back on the track. All in all everything went well considering. I was very nervous the 1st few sessions. I never really felt comfortable. I wish that i had 2 days but sat was sold out.I was at Barber on the 25th.

Anyway here's a few pics

Looking good, man.

I know the feeling. After several trackdays per year for many years and being an "A" group rider, I slowed down to one per year for the last few years. (got married, moved, got into dirt bikes etc....)

I'm up to two so far this year and one scheduled in September. I'm reading the books all over again and taking notes everywhere. Not afraid to take some advice from anyone, either.

You'll get back up to speed.

Thanks guys. I was just glad to finally be back on the track. I couldn't for the life of me make myself look far enough through the corner and down the track. I'm gonna try and be back in Sept but i really don't think i'll be able too.

I had the exact same problem. You have to get used to the speed again. Don't worry, it will come back to you. Just take it slow.

Looks good man. Is that black tribals on a silver RR? very pimp.

I've been out of the game for about a year too coz of the recession, but i'm going next month. I've been on street plastics this whole time too...
