Nesba

Hey guys, anyone ride with NESBA?

I've done a few trackdays with them, great organization. If anyone comes out with NESBA, I am trying to get in a few more trackdays in october at NJMP, let me know if anyone is interested

I like NESBA the best. I like the way it's set up as far as progression.

Other orgs I've ridden with have let the rider decide which group there placed in and that created some problems. Some didn't know how to pass, were too slow, etc. creating near misses or actual accidents with their lack of abilities for that particular class.

I've done Putnam, Mid-O, BeaveRun and Barber with NESBA and all events were great and some we even got additional time.

I like NESBA except for their "no tards" policy. They absolutely hate supermoto for some reason and get pissy when you bring one to a small track. Their explanation is "we ride sport bikes, not dirt bikes".... Other than that they run a good track day.

That's kinda lame. I did one with 2Fast and they let any kind of bike on there. Of course you only got sportbikes, motards and 1 adventure bike, but it was pretty neat nonetheless. One of the instructors was on a motard and ripping up people on liter bikes. I was contemplating taking my cruiser out there as a joke, but I figure I'd probably crash it if I did.

I primarily ride with NESBA. All the Southeast CR's and regulars are a great group of people. We have a good time come ride with us!

I see you'll be going down from Illinois. If you've never done this track before be ready.

If you've done Mid-O, Barber is more technical and physically demanding.

Watch your videos; however I can tell you videos don't due this track justice either. Vids make it look easier than it is.

As far as physically speaking. When you’re on this track your ass will hardly ever be on the seat. It may appear to have a lengthily straight but it's not.

Make sure those legs are ready.
