What should i build on?

I have recently ventured back to the Honda fold with a purchase of a 2005 CBR 600rr for the track. Every manufacturer has it's strength and weaknesses. Case in point...... I also have a 2005 ZX10r for a track bike as well. If any of you know anything about this year ZX10r, you know they have power for days throughout the powerband but they are notorious for brake fade and they handle like a brick without suspension work. I am looking for input on the 2005 600rr, what should i be focusing on improving, what strong points does it possess and what are some things I should look at upgrading, ect., ect..

Thanks in advance!!

Unless you are an AMA top rider, the bike has more capabilities than you do. That isn't meant to be an insult, but honestly, work in your riding skills......learning the lines for a particular track, getting smoother and smoother both on and off of the throttle and the brakes. Learn to be predictable when on the track and watch what the faster, smoother guy/gals are doing. I'm not saying that at some point in time that you shouldn't make some improvements to the bike, but push it to the point that your riding skills aren't whats holding you back; the bike is.

exhaust, air filter, power commander. i did the quick turn throttle kit. i love it for the the track. you dont have to re-grip or over grip. gp shift. steering stablizer etc. a different sprocket kit. and some frame sliders and a set of engine case covers. a db windscreen. i can think of more but im not sure how crazy you want to go. ohlins suspension which i love on my bike.
