Hot dang...they're running CCW...that must be a trip.

Which way do you prefer? I've only ridden it CW.

I really like CCW. You can slamn into 8,9,10 alot quicker because ccw 10 is a huge banking uphill and then coming around 9 you just pin the throttle through 8. Also its kinda nice to wear down the left side of the tire and knee puck in the bowl.

CVR counter clockwise is a trip... love that track ccw. only done it once but def worth it if anyone is thinking about coming... its an entirely different track and gives you a chance to even on the left side of your tire/pucks. just be careful. the back straight into what would be 8,9,10 going clockwise is nuts

Nope, we threw it away at the end of the season cause it was trashed, haven't picked up a new one yet... We will be riding a private event on Friday and then camping so we should have a pretty choice location for our pit :)

No format is fun but socal trackdays can be a bit intimidating. Lots of really really good racers and track day junkies are on at the same time as you. If you are fast in C group it might work out but otherwise I would suggest waiting a little longer before doing a socal trackday.

Is this your first time to the track? It says on socaltrackdays.com:
It must be emphasized that we are restricting this opportunity to riders with previous track experience (e.g. Jason Pridmore’s STAR School, California Superbike School, Fastrack Riders, Hyperclub, etc.).
