Great pics, E!!!! Form looks good and will improve with each session. You just have to look a little more down the track through some of the the corners....depending on your speed. You will become a trackday addict now that you have got a taste! Junkie!!!! Them are some sweet pics and if I were you, I would have a poster made. Kinko's can make a huge one for about $60. Do it!

Great pics...I don't have much to say/critique since I've only done two track days.....but, put your toes on the peg and "stand" on them through turns, of course this may be wrong, but I was told that when you're in a turn your "inside" leg and inside peg should be holding the majority of your weight......throw your shoulder/head into the turn....head should be in the area of your "missing" mirror....

the peg thing was based on pic #1....It's hard to tell where you feet are placed in the rest of the pics...I have been told that "toes on the peg" is an important point...

but you look like your having a good time and the pics are excellent..

be careful out there....

http://www.nesba.com/TrackTalk/bb/Fo...ML/001747.html

man..i screwed that up somehow...tried to fix it...

peace

http://www.nesba.com/TrackTalk/bb/Fo...ML/000975.html

a good post on body position....of course, it's a lot of info...I'm just trying to take it one step at a time....

Wow... looking good E. Those pics came out awesome! Can't wait for Jennings. It will be a blast to have you, gboard, matt and I chasing each other around.

So who had the upper hand that weekend? You or gboard? I know gboard stuck a 1:22 in there the last time we were up there.

Beggin the trash talk now!

Nice pics E. Looks like a blast. Not sure about your feet but it looked like your were on the balls of them. Can't wait to see more from Jennings.

actually Gbord was a bit quicker. He was getting thru traffic better than I was. I really think getting my bike geared down just a bit will really help my times. I found myself in between gears quite a bit out there. But, gives me something to work towards.

Pretty sure greg was running 1:22's/23's and I was in the 24 25 range.

Form looks nice Easy, eyes up, shoulders pointed in right direction, you look pretty comfortable nice pics!

My only critique is you look like you're stronger on your right turns rather than your lefts. The pics of your left turns convey you're sitting up more and also hanging off a boatload more. It could be the angle, but it looks as if you have both cheeks off the seat and you're not looking through the turn as much as in your right turns. While you're preserving lean angle I find being off the seat that much leaves me feeling disconnected from the bike and leads to other errors, positioning and otherwise.

Unfortunately, VIR offers few lefts to practice. I have a similar problem out there. When I go to Jennings, i find it funny how I can get through the rights better than a lot of guys who are all over me in the lefts.

Signatures are stupid.
