Hillbilly Steaks, VIR North and Team Pro Mo

VIR North September 5th.

Well guys, I just got the OK from the people at VIR for bringing my big cooker up to the trackday this monday. I'm going to bring a decent amount of food, at least enough for our group of 10 or so. I can't officially set up and charge anyone per plate..but everyone is welcome to pitch in. The guys at VIR realize this too. It will be a good chance though for me to get the cooker out of the back yard and let some of you try out the good eats!

see you there.

OH...also, I plan to get there early in the morning and get set up. anyone have a preference on where???

Pits row is always good and so is the first corner on the right as you come in. We were there last time and its not a bad spot. You could set the cooker up on the corner there.

I think I'll be talking to Kevin and Greg on the way up so we can try to coordinate a spot. Depends on how many eazy ups and other junk we can use to take up space. Likely hood of all being together is probably not good. We'll see!

Or you could stop being a slack ass and come up on Sunday night, drop the cooker and stay in one of the three hotel rooms we'll have.

No street bike, just a track bike.
But I do have a really neat thing with 4 wheels. Forget what they are called but...
