Air fence for Firebird raceway in PHX

Just wanted to pass along the info. Anyone who rides in PHX, or with CCS SW should know about this. I am on board with the idea, I'll just paste the post and let you read and decide. TIA (this is Ted Rich's quote)

I talked with Trudy Ulrich w/RRW Action Fund. She informed me that any money raised by us would go back into this market. Her main concern was how the air fence would be stored and deployed. I assured her that my company Aztrackday.com would take responsibility for it and supply a portable storage container and take care of deployment at all motorcycle events at Firebird.

So the next step is to raise money from racers and sponsors. It costs $2900 for a 20í section and is a tax-deductible donation to RRW Action Fund (non-profit).

We could sell sponsors Signage on banners that could be hung on the air fence.

Please feel free to e-mail me with any ideas or questions you may have at [email protected]

Well, it's a great thought. I hope something comes of it and I'll keep my ear out for sponsors.

I didnít know those things were so expensive.
