What pads....

would be good for track and street use? I'm lookin' at performance friction carbon metallic, or galfer's "black" semi carbon metalic. Would someone shed some light on this.

All I know is that supposedly the HRC pads are awesome - gonna try them out on the next change.

I've tried both HRC and the Vesrah pads. (SRJL) The Vesrah's were better for me.

+1 Vesrah.

I was on EBC HH pads for about 2 years. I've been hearing fellow AFMers (like Ken) rave about the Vesrahs so I decided to give them a try last week at Sears Point.

Wow.

I'm used to my rear end hopping around a bit under hard braking, but my first 3 sessions on the Vesrahs (and these were "just" the RJLs) was just crazy. My rear tire was bouncing about like mad, and it was catching some air almost every session. I was WAY overbraking, and it really did take me about half the day to unlearn my old habits and get used to these pads. They required more finesse than my EBCs, but had great feel. I can quite honestly say this was the most effectie $80 I'd spent on ANY mod on the bike.
