Front axle safety wire?

I'm putting the finishing touches on my bike for CMRA and was wondering how most of you wired the front axle. The rulebook states:
1) The following items must be safety wired, or secured in a manner approved by Tech:

Axles or Axle Nuts

Axle Caps or Pinch Bolts

Oil Filler Caps

Oil Drain Plugs

Oil Filter/Filter Bolts

Oil Galley Plugs*

Oil Lines

Oil Cooler Bolt

Fork Oil Drain Bolts

Radiator Caps

Coolant Drains

Brake Caliper Bolts

*May be secured by silicone glue or H/D weather-strip adhesive in lieu of wiring.

Do you just wire the axle bolt on the right side and leave the axle on the left side alone, or do you wire both? I've got the axle bolt wired using a safety clip, but am unsure if I need to worry about the axle on the other side. I've got a good idea of what I think I need to do (if anything), but also have that "there's gotta be a better way" feeling. I'm sure there's more than one way, so some pics would be great if you can post some up. TIA.

you need to do it on both sides, plus you've got to wire the pinch bolts so do it together. heres what my f4i looks like:

other side is the same

That's exactly how I have the right side except I am using a safety pin thru the axle bolt. On the left side I just have the pinch bolts wired right now, that's the side I'm questioning the most. The axle sits flush with the outside edge of the fork on that side. Thanks for the pic, I'll prob. take the pin out of mine after looking at it.

I'm going to try to figure out putting that safety/cotter pin on both pinch bolts and the axle bolt, this way I won't have to worry about have to re-safety wire all the bolts up again. I'll post up some pics once I figure it out this week.

By the way, you can buy those cotter pins in the section where all the screws are at Home Depot or your local hardware store.
