I use the Samsung SC-X105L. You can view the specs here: http://www.samsung.com/Products/Camc...C_X105LXAA.asp
It's a digital media recorder. The camera itself is cool but the software both from the camera and the one you use to transer to your computer is not ideal. The bullet camera is kind of big, that's why the hole in the front of my upper is big. It takes great quality though.
To use, I have to turn on the camcorder, press a few buttons to set the mode to the bullet camera, press a button on the bullet camera to power it, then press record. It's tedious and I'm sure there's a different setup that's better, but you can't beat the money for it.
I haven't taken any pictures of the setup but if I go to a track this weekend I will take some pictures for you. I basically duct tape a piece of flat metal across the fiberglass air duct mold, and used velcro and duct tape to secure the bullet camera. The bullet camera has a cable that plugs into the camcorder and I routed this cable from the inside of the upper to the air duct cover, to the right side of the tank, to the top of the tank where the ECU is. I used velcro and duct tape to secure the camera. I dont' like it right there but that's the easiest place for me to stick it without it getting in the way of my gauges or handlebars. It doesn't get in the way in tuck or when I'm in the turns either but it really isn't that secure.
I would try to invest in a smaller bullet camera and different digital recorder though to see how the software setup is on the recorder. I was looking into this company, http://www.onbike.tv
and they look like they have a promising setup.
