07 stock suspension adequate?

According to racetech the stock springs might even be a little stiff. Does this mean a 165 guy can get away without changing springs?

Track use only

Can you get away yea. Why wouldn't you want a better setup tho for such a small price and for track use only invest in some hundred dollar springs.

weight = 180lbs full gear and use 0.9 to 0.95 kg/mm springs on my 09.

GP front valves and H604A Ohlins rear.

would try 0.85 next as i am not using full travel with above springs...

bike weighs about 375 full wet.

IIRC OTF the 07-12 springs are 1.1 kg/mm (for a 225 lb rider????)
