Will driving slip-on and no PCIII Damage anything??

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it. Anyways, just installed the slip-on, but feel I don't have the skills/talent to install the PCIII. The Honda dealer ship is about 400k away. Should I be fine to drive my bike that far to get them to install the PCIII??

Thanks
